This former secondary school maths teacher, decided to make his ‘cheese-change’ in the 1990s and hasn’t looked back since. He is an esteemed judge for the Australian Grand Dairy Awards year in, year out and his passion for all things delicious for his customers always come first, with a ‘nothing is too hard approach’ especially when it comes to delivering the best produce to his clients.
Joining Bill’s Farm Foodservice in this leading role was a way to reconnect with his passion after working in some of the best hospitality venues in Melbourne.
The childhood memories of sourcing Comte and Munster from farmhouse cheesemakers in the nearby hills of Jura and Alsace still resonate when sharing his knowledge with customers across Victoria today.
He’s taught us all about logistics and we’ve taught him all about quality cheeses.
